Auditorial chordal abuse! The strings on these guitars truly sound like their natural material chemistry..., pure metal! Tightened to their braking point or so lacks and hanging they're practically dragging on the floor. Tuning be damned, microtonal theory but an enslavish musical concept on a dusty bookshelf; Imelda Marcos slashes with unconcerned melodies through classic and novel musical techniques. And it's all the more grandiose for doing so! Like a metallic waltz of amplificated corrosion!

Great split from two of STL's most exciting bands. Complainer side is a hyperactive slap of punked up rhythms and vox from Suen with fill city from Hess's drumkit. Moonrace side strips it back to (mostly) drums + synth tunes with Supersonic Soda sounding like something heard from the 8 bit era while Old Magnet Hands brings together Tinsley, Hess, and Suen for a beautifully chaotic drum/synth/sax jam to end the record. Artwork by Curtis Tinsley is stellar as always, and the 7" looks rad.
